As amateur astronomy enthusiasts, we cherish the short, eight-hour drive West to take in the smothering expanse of the unadulterated night sky. Humbling and slightly terrifying, it's always a refreshing retreat. Luckily for us it was a new moon. Bonus points for naming the most prominent constellation in slide 5.
