'Switch Studio' Brand Identity & Website Design

This was the first website design, development & branding I created for my own company Switch Studio, the site has gone through three major overhauls for various reasons over the last three years. The main reason for each overhaul was to move with current trends and improve or evolve engagement with visitors.

This first incarnation had a marketing feel to it with an image of a lion in the middle of a loud roar on the landing page, the king of the jungle represented what was required for the first year of Switch Studio, a strong and bold presence with a slight air of mystery. This first site got a lot of attention as Switch Studio was also part of The Creative Enterprise Hub in Phoenix Square at the time so as a startup studio practice in both art and design sectors it felt like I was in the right place with the right image to kick things off from the start.

UPDATE (15/07/15) - My site now uses Tumblr as a CMS so I am no longer required to pay for hosting, this was a move to reduce my outgoing costs so I could focus on generating income whilst maintaining a presence on the site. I am also utilising the site now to promote my paintings and drawings under the Switch Studio name, this is so I can show my design work seperately via Behance to clients and employers who wish to hire/employ me in future.
