Turtle : A zbrush project

So started with a basic sphere of nearly 8000 polygons and moulded into a shape like something below.
Mainly used the move, standard, dam standard and my favourite for skin folds, the slash brush.
Added two spheres for the eyes with the ToyPlastic shader.
 
Sculpted in more details with slash and standard brushes and used alphas for creating that scales,
and finally finished the head model.
 
Personally, polypainting this was a great experience as got to learn some amazing stuff for painting.
I added some more detail at the end of the painting session to give it a more realistic look.
 
Then added the shell, legs and the remaining body and used only one light source.
Bought all the render passes into photoshop for some final tweaking.
 
Just experimenting with the light caps...
 
Used subsurface scattering and lens blur with depth map to give that a final look.
