TALKBACK
For a long time now I have wanted tp create my very own illustrated T-shirt label, and now I have made a start on that dream. The name of my label is called talkback and it is a fun, silly and cheeky brand full of character and personality. The name talkback refers to the nostalgia of when your growin up and your parents telling you to stop talking back because its rude, which another aspect my label will be. But a nice, funny sort of rude. I then created a logo for my brand which I wanted to help enforce the name. I decided that create this banana bun character. Hes fun, colourful and quirky like my brand. He also has a cheeky face which looks like hes up to no good. The notion of having a banana is a bun is also wrong, like the fact talking back to people is wrong, however im gonna do it anyway :)

This is only the beginning. I will now start creating illustrations for my T-shirt designs and run them through this brand. My designs will compliment the feel and language I have created within the label of being fun and cheeky. So keep your eyes peeled for more!
