Project Info
St Blaise in History and the Present was the main exhibition of Dubrovnik’s Museums in 2012, and could be seen in the Rector’s Palace and in the Holes granary. The exhibition and its accompanying projects were put on in order to mark the 1,040 years of the existence of St Blaise’s cult in Dubrovnik, and for the 140th anniversary of the founding of Dubrovnik’s Museums. The exhibition was the central part of a project funded by Dubrovnik’s Museums whose objective was to raise the level of consciousness about the importance of St Blaise in the Dubrovnik cultural area. Thus the exhibition was accompanied by a wide range of promotional and educational campaigns aimed at the general public, as well as promotional materials and educational workshops adjusted to various age groups.
