Zuhai city is developing a new CBD which aims to create an international, attractive image for the city. The site is located on a island South of the bay, enjoying a connection with Macau on the East. The land of the project is located on the North of the island, by the side of the future highest tower, along the bay. This location makes it a special project as it can be seen from far away in almost any direction.
Located on the North part of the development area, the site enjoys proximity with the bay and so a wide opened view.
The plan is composed of two triangles separated by a hollow joint. The only free corner of those triangles is rotating along a curve on the vertical axis to create a sensual shape, giving this tower a strong identity. When people are moving in the street or on the bay, it seems the tower is never the same, reinforcing its singularity. The podium is attached South of the tower on four floors. It is divided in smaller elements at the first floor to enhance the accessibility of the building. The tower is composed of offices up to the 46th floor, and apartments from the 48th to the 69th floor. The last four floors are dedicated to VIP club and fitness club, enjoying the panoramic view at the bay.

[Penthouse typical floor plan] The top floors are holding penthouses. The floor is then divided in two apartments enjoying gardens and enclosed terraces.
