This is GuideDoc, a jQuery mobile based web application I designed.
It's aim is to help medical professionals make quick, accurate decisions, and share useful information on a case by case basis. It has underwent a trial period at a major public hospital in Dublin.
It was originally designed with a stronger navy accent colour, which I did prefer, but this was changed to a mint green in order to match the desktop app.
