La diversidad cultural y la variedad geográfica de la costa, la sierra y la selva son quizás dos de las raizon d'etre que la comida peruana crece y se fortalezca a diario y que es elogiada por chefs en todo el mundo.
Pero no solo en los grandes restaurantes se deleita nuestra comida, sino también en las calles se puede disfrutar en carretillas y puestos que conservan el sabor tradicional.
Esta serie de fotografías fueron tomadas en las calles, sin modelos, sin actores, solo gente real que se reunen no importa la clase social, sean trabajadores de cuello blanco o de cuello azul, solo personas que les gusta comer y disfrutar la comida peruana.

But no only in big restaurants you can taste our food, also in the streets where you can enjoyed in street pushcarts who still preserved the traditional taste.
This series of photography are taken in the street, no modelling, no actors, just real life people who meet no matter the social class are white-collar workers and blue collars , just people who like to eat and enjoy Peruvian food .
