The Movies That Matter Festival, an initiative of Amnesty International, is the main platform in the Netherlands for committed documentaries and films, but there is more to this organization. In addition to this annual festival in The Hague, Movies That Matter organizes national- and international events, special screenings, workshops, supports initiatives, and above all: it connects people.
