This book was created throughout the semester in Pratt's Typography class. The class is to be an introduction to the concrete and conceptual aspects of typography as a visual medium.
Each week a new element of exploration was added to the study of three individual letterforms. The work was to be abstract and the focus was on the shapes and negative/positive space the compositions created. At the end textures and images were added which created a whole new level of abstraction with typography.
