Brief: To redesign the User Interface of TCS rewardz and enable it to be more learnable and for error free use.
TCS Rewardz helps organizations keep track of the buying patterns and points collected by consumers. It is especially used in retail sector, which involves sales. The redesign was to ensure ease of use and increased efficiency for the end users.
The Concept model was created to understand the various users in this system.
The design ensured an inverted information pyramid hence making it possible for users to finish all tasks in very few clicks without going deep into the interface.
