Shortly before christmas this mouse came into existence, actually for a print motive. Since it would have been a waste to keep it 2D, a turntable animation seemed the obvious choice.

 

The tree branches where created as strands, then meshed and populated with needle instances. Needles where rotated with ICE in order to avoid interpenetration with the candles and baubles.The mouse fur is created by a custom made ICE strands compound.
