Stacey Ornstein is a food educator, writer and recipe developer based in Queens, NY. As if that didn’t keep her busy enough, she is also Director of Programs for Spoons Across America as well as president of her local CSA in Astoria. Stacey has her fingers in so many pies (so to speak) that she needed an all-reaching brand with which to promote herself. Allergic To Salad is the name of her blog that focuses on the culinary tours and cooking classes she conducts for kids. I created a logo, business card and postcard featuring some of the outrageous and unintentionally hilarious phrases uttered by her young students.
