New apartment development in downtown Des Moines.  This building was converted into 37 one- and two-bedroom apartments on the top two floors with retail spaces and a garage on the first floor.  I was brought onto the project during 90% construction documents and was tasked with finishing details and coordination of drawing set.  These sheets show example of floor plans, ceiling plans, elevations and details.
