Chinese-speaking people celebrate new year and always with the saying "new year, new wishes" ,
although new year somehow reminds us we are no longer young, but it's still pleasant to embrace a whole new year with positive attitude.
華人總是喜歡在新年時互道新年新希望，雖然有時候這也提醒我們不再年輕了，但是能夠以正面的態度迎接新的一年總是令人開心的。
Chinese New Year, which will be celebrated by Chinese People around the world, there are lots of elements we may use for decoration, especially the red paper with calligraphy(the content is about good wishes for next year).
Adults will give children red envelop with money inside, so it's always the best time in a year for kids(not for adults.... lol).
I tried some new stuff here in this painting, although it take merely few hours, but it's still a great advance for me.

中秋節塗鴉，大家中秋節快樂!!
Moon festival is one of the major festivals for Chinese people, family member gather together
watch the full moon and eat moon cake.
In Chinese mythology, a fairy and her rabbit live solely on the moon. I always wonder what will
happen if Armstrong and Collins saw the rabbit and the fairy when they landed the moon.
Maybe they will just grab a rabbit and take picture with it ?
It's a illustration for friends' wedding, which will be displayed at the entrance of the wedding venue.
前一陣子忙完，好不容易有點時間想畫張2016新年的插畫。想不到畫得太慢，到現在才畫好(兩手一攤)，
2016年是充滿愛與活力的一年，祝福大家並一起準備迎接農曆新年。
這是與我的寶貝一起完成的作品，由她幫我填上顏色，然後我加上陰影與修飾的筆觸。
Just finished tons of project, and got some time to make an illustration to celebrate 2016. Unfortunately
the progress is extremely slow, it's still not finished before new year's eve. 2016 will be an energetic and
lovely year, wish you all a pleasant year and wait for the coming Chinese new year.
This is the illustration finished with my girlfriend, she filled the color for me, then I add stroke and shade.
