Nearbuy connects offline retail stores together (Urban - India) unlike the regular online shopping apps available nowadays. It helps you to find your nearest stores according to your criteria. You can check products availability, compare prices among stores and order products without going there physically.
Process
Research started with identifying the pros and cons of buying things from exisitng offline retail stores. In this project I was looking only at organized retail stores (Hypermarket, Supermarket etc.)

Problems identified
Few identified issues happening in the existing scenarios were
• Finding nearest store and product availability
• Getting information about similar products
• Locating the product in the super market
• Time consuming checkout process
• Illegible papers bills
• Communication and language issues
Concept
The system connects multiple retailers together. Users can access information either using their smartphone or in-store handheld device.
