This book leads to a reflection on dance everyday : do every move we make in everyday life is not in itself a dance ? (exemple : crowd movements, athletes performance, etc.) The book gathers the origin and history of dance, and an inventory of signs that represent the different movements and create a « visual choreography ». It also tries to explain the role of the city and the connections between people that meet everyday.
