CONCEPT:
"Chasing The Lights"
"Mysterious lights dance, Alighting the forest askance
Animals chase the stars, Pursuing wide and far
Then comes a whale, Swallowing light whole
The whale belches and burps, Struggling against light’s reverb
Once again light floods the forest, Escaping from the whale’s nest."

I want the design not only have interesting shape, but also tells a story. The illustration descibes mysterious lights that dancing around the forest, distract all animals before ended up in whale`s stomach , sprayed the lights out and lighting the whole forest.
This story requires me to put as many cute animal as possible inside the drawing space. It resulted in a sketch puzzle/tetris, where i need to sketch animals in an unusual shape but make sure that it still recognizable.
I want the viewer to look more at the lantern and trying to figure out what`s happening inside. How many animals are there? Which animals is the bravest in the story? *answer is on the bottom of this post, Which animals is easily surprised?, etc
