This is a series of animation I created to promote the city of Carquefou (west of France).
I originally started this project back in October 2014, and the official Carquefou page posted the gifs two per week as a count down to Christmas. You can see them on the offcial Carquefou site HERE I am so honoured to be a part of this project!
This project has brought me a certain level of challenge, unlike my spontaneous experimental project ‘Paris and the Unknown’ (collab with Justin Rang), Le petit Carquefou illustré was an official city promotion! Of course it had some limitation as well due to that reason, but the city of Carquefou has given me so much more magic that have helped me overcome the limitation.
I would like to thank Claire for discovering me and believing me. A big bigthank you to the mayor of Carquefou for making the dream project come true!
