Discover Something More is the current theme for the Exchange's field recruiting material as well as their new hire orientation. The new hire orientation guide was designed to be a fun, informative, and engaging piece with hands-on activities and images that portray actual Exchange associates enjoying their jobs. The design and layout was inspired by old technical manuals and trail/hiking guides.
