Student Project: Students designed an Arabic type, inspired by the Kufic font. The project sensitised students about the anatomy of Arabic type. Students had to consider the anatomy of type, specifically arabic type in this instance.

The designed Arabic font was then used as a house font (display font). It was then used in the design of an Arabic typographic logo. Students then used the logo across all corporate collateral. 

Students were then asked to create a basic brand manual. Emphasis was on grids, columns, baseline grids and type style guides. This also served as a report that described the entire project process.
