A gym inspired by Eastern Sierra Madre and the mountains that cover the city of Monterrey in México.
Weights and Cardio
This place overlooking Sierra Madre Oriental wing design features a ceiling to separate space for cardio equipment, which goes with the same composition of the mountain. General lighting is interposed space to create the same effect curves, but those with a hollow acrylic covered up the sides so that during the day the space only use natural light and suppressed face is an LED strip during the night is a pledge and has good lighting.
Free & Integrated Weight
This area just like the cardio area has a separation through the roof and floor shift, but unlike the cardiovascular area with ceiling continues to descend to create an incomplete lattice in which you can see through it . At the end of the space can be seen stretching area, this area is the first area of the gym to see past the reception, which gives you as understanding that stretching is as important as the exercise.
Spinning
This room is designed specially for spinning classes 10 people, has a staggering so everyone gets a good view of the teacher of the class. The lounge can be seen from the outside to give an amplitude to the place.
Snack
With a design in different woods and marble bar snack is a place where members can enjoy nutritious products to keep the figure. The lighting site with two main spots and 4 candles on the bar gives the place a touch of relaxation for its warm light.
