This is a brochure for Bugis Street, a street shopping destination in Singapore. 

The illustration depicts the characteristic pasar malam (Malay for "night market") look of the outdoor shops in a stylized manner. While the pasar malam look has been with Bugis Street since the beginning, the huge LED screens are new additions to the place. 

The little mascots are the Little Red Dot and the Threenius scientist of the Little Red Dot section and the newly added Level Three of Bugis Street respectively.
