To develop an integrated IT solution which will allow two sets of Practices to deploy the best knowledge and talent around the institution.
Challenge
• Starting with a clean slate and with a broad mandate for an Online Platform, had to work with functional teams to understand the kind of tasks the users would engage in across all the practices
• To build a scalable site that is consistent look and feel over the suite of sites
• To enable users to perform day-to-day tasks (based on Practices, Regions, Countries)
Solution/Value Add
• Launched the Online Platform in June 2013 for 25 Practices which has grown to 300+ sites. Task teams are actively using this platform for day-to-day tasks, collaboration (conversation, blogs, wiki). There are a lot of enhancements; new features and functionality that are being added to make this platform more robust.
