This is American Raised naturally vegetable tanned leather. Hot stuffed with waxes and prime cut from the best part of the hide where the fibers are the tightest. No dyes or colors just pure golden tanned patina as it ages. Before we begin working on these veg tanned leather parts we hand condition them with leather oils to feed this beautiful material, and feed it does as it almost sucks in the oils penetrating deep into the fibers given that very sought after golden tan look that any sun bather would be jealous.
We lined the inside of the 1976 with a succulent soft thin pig suede lining in espresso color and attached our newly designed original Block Lock and Key in Antique Silver.
