This is my first year hometown souvenir project for Illustration Program.
Statement: China has lots of traditional Festival, The Spring Festival is the biggest Festival for Chinese. The Spring Festival also called"Nian" which was the name of a furious monster. Tiger is one of objects that Chinese people avoid the monsters because in the north of China, the tiger means exorcising, disaster prevention, peace, luckiness and it can also protect the fortune. Inside the body of the tiger, it has several piece of blessing card and write down both Chinese and English.
