Project Review:
Humble Origins is a project used to test my skills at branding and concept development. The branding is based upon log cabins, rustic look and feel, and the history of my late great grandmother.
This is a mock up used to showcase the logo used with signage. It gives the customer an idea of where the store would be located and it features the tagline with the type of food that would be offered within the store.
These were the business cards that would be used for the store. They have a simple greeting that relates to the countryside but still remains friendly. The textures used on the cards would be thick to note the durability of the brand and it would give the location for its customers.
This stationery mock up is to give an idea of how the logo would work. The branding would appear on craft paper, and would always be in black ink. And a simplified business card would be provided to the employees of the restaurant.
This mock up was used to show the branding used in a more hand crafted style. This also gives the logo a definite rustic look to the concept of the brand’s products being fitted into wooden boxes and crates.
