The title "再稼動反対", pronounced "saï-kadō hantaï", means "against nuclear power plants restart" and is always shouted in Japanese demonstrations. Now, almost all Japan nuclear reactors have been shutdown for maintenance and that's why Japanese people demonstrate against restart.

It is a serious problem, and no matter you are for or against nuclear energy, the current state of the nuclear industry with profitability over safety, lies & lobbying is frightening.
