This project involved the creation of a new responsive website for the Information Services department (following the merger of the IT Services department and the various subject libraries). I lead substantial UX field research of the internal and external audiences, developed personas, conducted card sorting for IA creation and prototyping using Axure. Following the prototyping, usability testing of the prototype was conducted to test research and design insights.
