A series of watercolor paintings that focus on people from the 30's to early 50's.
The cover painting was done in color and the smaller ones were done in sepia watercolor.
All paintings were painted from old b&w photos that were used for reference.
Company Picnic - First Place Award, Richter Association for the Arts 2017
Not sure what this picnic was for, but I noticed the people seem to be about the same age. That's how I came up with the title of Company Picnic. Notice the absence of cell phones and the art of face to face conversation.
