The Schuylkill Environmental Education Center (SEE Center) is a place for learning built on the heavily populated Market Street Bridge in Phialdelphia, Pennsylvania. The car centric bridge provides a great location for the learning center. Built on the south facade of the bridge, the SEE Center offers great views of the Schuylkill River. The SEE Center will also provide a connection between the trail, the river and 30th street. Becase the bridge is car centric, the public plaza located in the center allows the bridge to have more foot traffic throughout the year.
