A worldwide leader in cancer treatment and research completely realigns and transforms its primary web presence to serve its key audiences
This project involved months of audience research, concepting, and close interaction with leaders within the organization. Through painstaking content strategy and site restructuring, as well as the deft employment of innovative interactive modules that enabled lots of on-page content consumption, we were able to dramatically evolve MD Anderson's web presence. Of particular note is the alignment of the online patient experience with the offline patient experience, often referred to as the "cancer patient's journey."
