Amy Rosen’s new book TORONTO COOKS is definitely the most fun I’ve had on a project in recent memory.
We shot with 48 of Toronto’s top chefs in my studio over the course of one crazy week.  It was an intense marathon shoot, but we couldn’t be happier with the results.
