With a rich history going back hundreds of years, elegant boutiques, neoclassical architecture, and riverfront location, Old Montreal offers an unparalleled quality of life, comparable with that of the most beautiful districts of major European cities. It was in this spirit that the concept for Le 21e arrondissement was conceived and brought to life. Laced with Old World tradition, this project is located in the very epicenter of the district, at the corner of William and Queen Streets. What makes it truly distinctive is the public square situated at the heart of Le 21e's 600 units, encircled by luxury locales including a fine food shop, bakery, café, and bistro. From the name, to the creation of the typography, to the images, this project has all the elements to launch it as Paris' newest arrondissement. The design features a classic European style, reimagined with a modern, graphic approach. The rich typography includes over fifteen different lettering styles, creating a look that is refined, classic, modern, inviting, and original all at once.
