Darjeeling is famous for its flavorful teas, but is also the region’s hub for sex exploitation. Without education, young girls are forced into prostitution in the area or transported to work in brothels in other regions. To combat these abhorrent practices 100% of the profits from The Learning Tea fund several projects for these children to continue their education to become nurses, teachers, or other professions to play a positive role in their society.
