Pequeno projecto de faculdade em homenagem a um dos maiores poetas portugueses de sempre, Sophia de Mello Breyner Andresen. Um dos temas mais recorrentes na sua obra é o mar, pelo que tentei recrear o brilho do Sol no mar com os pequenos nós de linha a percorrer toda a fachada do livro, juntamente com a beleza da simplicidade da sua escrita e da sua maneira de estar na vida, representado pelo branco sobre branco.
Little project made in homage to one of the biggest portuguese poets of all time, Sophia de Mello Breyner Andersen. One of the most recurrent subjects in her poetry is the sea, so I tried to recreat the shine of the sun over the sea with the little knots of line covering all the cover of the book, along with the beauty of the simplicity of her writing and her way of living, represented by the white on white.
