Stop the demolition of Black Hills Energy Building

The Black Hills Energy building was built in 1941.
Recently, they have decided to move their operations to another facility (70 Million dollars).
Black Hills Energy has offered the land and the buildings to the city of Pueblo for $1.00. If the city doesn't accept the offer... demolishing the building will cost 3 million dollars to the people of Pueblo, Colorado.
This action will take the life of an iconic building from the community, that could be a much needed cultural anchor for the recently completed River Walk. The City of Pueblo can benefit from cultural and community spaces.
Reactivating Spaces is an initiative to prevent iconic buildings from being demolished, and to activate forgotten spaces with programing and reuse.
