This was a project for the Brazilian federal government alongside the United Nations Development Programme (UNDP). We were responsible for the responsive adaptation of the layout, as well as the development of the website. We took into consideration the importance of its content, and for that reason our main priority was an accessible and semantic website, so that anyone - no matter the challenge they face - could look into this chapter in the history of our country. The development was in accordance with the rules and suggestions of the W3C, and the code completely focused on speed and scalability. We were also responsible for two mini-sites: a timeline of events and an interactive map, with access to locations where those events took place during the period, as well as testimonials from some of the people who have faced repression.
