The American Conservation Film Festical happens in Shepherdstown, West Virginia every year. It is dedicated to promoting outstanding films and the arts to educate and inspire people to become engaged in conservation. My idead behind this project was to create pieces that were more intimate, and to incorporate the text within the images to pack more of punch by giving examples of the beautiful areas where these films took place so the viewer can relate on a personal level before delving into watching the films.
