Fact: Introduced for the first time, the Right to Reject any candidates standing for election,i.e None of the Above Option (NOTA) was observed the highest in the State of Chattisgarh. Chattisgarh is a naxal prone state, Where the Naxalite Want to overthrow the Governmant and establish there own rule.  
Hypothesis : Did the Naxalites influence the prople of Chattisgarh to against the formation of any Governament there?
