I was invited to design a poster to raise funds for Doctors Without Borders. Although Ebola has been around since the 1970's, the current outbreak has brought catastrophic consequences from a combination of it's concentration in densely populated urban areas and from the gap in communications due to cultural differences.

 

What stood out to me most about Doctors Without Borders, was their continual willingness to learn about and overcome these issues. This includes working more closely with local doctors and community members and a high sensitivity in caring for afflicted children whose parents are heartbreakingly forced to wait out the dangers from a distance.
