Homage to the Barbican Centre and the National theatre in London. The urban space as a wearable object; like a garment, a city becomes alive when it is inhabited by people. People, those tiny little dots you can't see from up high, are the main raison d'etre of every urban space.

Althaough I liked the composition of the illustration, I dropped the idea and started to work backwards: first by designing the building-made garment, and afterwards the model that wears it.
2nd Sketch
I developed a new idea which I wanted to base my illustration upon: The city as a lively and human-sized object, that comes to life only by the people that are in it. The city as a dress!
