From the archives: Musician and researcher Jenny Mendoza commissioned this poster for her senior recital. The eclectic playlist of Mendoza's recital required a design that transcended genres-- from classical, to contemporary, to jazz. Inspired by the movement in Mendoza's musical pieces and historic designs by Saul Bass and Joseph Muller Brockmann, I created a simple (one color) but compelling and melodic composition as lively as the musician herself. The work was a hit and so was Jenny!
