Splitting Ukraine, Slava Ukraini

Ukraine is a contested field, a strategic country with potential economy but it is in debt with limited means of growth due to the extreme level of corruption in the country. This case, though seemingly contradictory, is wanted by the two historic sides, East and West. Ukraine is a nation made up of people who have experienced war, who fought to have an autonomy and which today are unknowingly but directly victims of the usual game of power between two giants superpowers.
From tents of Maidan in Kiev, the independence square, to the current unrest in the east of the country there is a tear in the social historical wounds which perhaps has not healed yet. Between these two boundaries with people who fill the enormous rural areas, the countryside where the air war is, for now, just a passing platoon of camouflage, these lands also pass gas and with it power.
