Acorn Squash Donut Video Recipe

This video was made for my Media Arts final project. The video follows a linear structure as each step happens before the next in a percise order. It shows in detail each step of the recipe!

It's target audience would be anyone looking to make a fall/winter donut recipe and are visual learners. If found on YouTube or another website, the viewer would be able to make this recipe exactly as I have made it, without a formally written recipe. They could rewind and pause if they got stuck on a step or if the video went too fast for them. This connection with the audience and the ability to go at your own pace is priceless. It seems better than just text on paper saying "Whisk in flour..."

For this project I used a Canon 6D, Manfrotto Tripod, Adobe Premiere Pro for video editing and lots of butter, sugar and squash...
