On a restored wildlife preserve Jack and Tuda run their environmentally-friendly ranch: Ute Creek Cattle Company. After years of ranching in Wyoming, they returned to New Mexico to restore the ranch where Tuda had grown up. They sell their grass fed beef to Whole Foods Market.
