We were approached by the creative company Motion Sickness Studio, to design and fit out their new heritage building studio, in New Market, Auckland. We were challenged to design a layout, furniture, fixings and wall treatments that together represent the brand essence of the fresh young company, while also working in harmony with the history of the space. The goal was to create a space that was, at the same time, masculine and fresh, simple and productive.

Major features of the space include free hanging shelving, a reoccurring steel cube motif, a gloss-on-matte black feature wall and custom designed minimalistic furniture.
