Handala
As an effort to bring awareness and support for Palestinian refugees, this campaign would involve the Palestinian charity PCRF Palestine children's relief fund and Handala.org who would collaborate with toy manufacturer Popobe® and create a limited edition "Handala" Popobe.
To launch the campaign, a select amount of Handala figures will be gifted to pro-palestinian celebrities. For example, Jon Stewart from The Daily Show will display his figure on his desk during one of his live broadcasts. Exposure like this will help Handala
to remain a potent symbol of the struggle of the Palestinian people for justice and self determination.
Figurine's of various sizes are made which allow you paint and display.
The figurines will also be exhibited in public areas to generate awareness.
