The Gloaming project was a University Project to create a creature who could fit into the world of The Gloaming. 

The creature that I decided to create for The Gloaming was inspired by the Greek myth of the Phoenix. The Phoenix is magical bird which when dies is reincarnated out of its own ashes. Other names for the Phoenix also include, the firebird, or as bennu (Egyptian), feng huang (Chinese), and huma (Persian).
