A Fitness trainer and Physical therapist asked for a personal business card. Color scheme was defined to Orange, purple, pink, blue.  Her business card needed to show some movement (to cover the fitness segment) but also show the rehablitation side.  The final design ( 1st one below) was the chosen outcome.
